Patty Bodanza began her work at The City Mission as a volunteer in 2006, and joined the staff as the Donor Appreciation Liaison in 2010. In the years since, Patty has held multiple roles at the Mission, including Safety & Security Supervisor, HR Manager, and today serves as the Controller.
As Controller, Patty is passionate about ensuring the financial integrity of The City Mission. As an institution in Cleveland for over 100 years, she believes it is vital to maintain the organization’s integrity by stewarding the funds of The Mission in a responsible and careful way so it can be here for 100+ more!
Patty is also inspired by seeing lives transformed at The City Mission – whether clients, staff, volunteers, or donors too. She sees God working every day and is grateful to be a part of the Church in action.
Before coming to The City Mission, Patty worked as Vice President at National City Bank and as a Financial Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
