Automatic Bank Transfer

Help us (and you!) avoid fees by setting up an Automatic Bank Transfer (ABT) for your recurring gift. When you set up a recurring donation through Automatic Bank Transfer, every cent of your gift will go to the Mission’s budget, and not the payment processing company. Download the form to fill out on your computer or print at home. Completed ABT forms can be sent electronically along with the proper documentation to connect@thecitymission.org, or mailed to Hope Partners, 5310 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44103.

Phone Donations using Credit Cards

We’re happy to process your gift over the phone. Just call our Data Processing team at (216) 431-3510 ext. 252.

Donation by Check or Money Order

Checks or money orders can be mailed to or dropped off Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4 pm at: The City Mission 5310 Carnegie Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44103 Please note: In order to be more efficient in handling your contribution checks, The City Mission uses a check scanner to process your checks in the office. This will turn your paper check into an electronic check transaction. You may notice that your gift will appear as an electronic transaction on your banking statement and will clear your account faster.
