One day, Jesca realized she and her children were in danger.
She had been surviving for years in a domestic violence environment, but eventually her strategy for safety stopped working.
“It all exploded and I had to leave home immediately,” she remembers.
Jesca moved her family into Laura’s Home and immediately found a warm and welcoming temporary home. Her mental and emotional wounds began to heal, and she discovered that she needed to let the Lord direct her life instead of always resolving matters her own way.
Today, Jesca loves nothing more than to share her new-found hope with family and friends facing difficult situations. Because of your care, more women like Jesca will embrace their family’s future with confidence.
