How Companies Can Help The City Mission
The City Mission receives no public funding – no city, county, state nor federal – and we rely on private donations. Corporate sponsorships of our events or programs can provide great assistance in initiating or continuing benefits to our clients. Below are just a few of the ways that corporations can help.
Provide Event Sponsorship Support
Expand your marketing exposure by sponsoring one or both of our major fundraising events:
- Annual Run with a Mission 5K run, with over 1,000 participants
- Annual Ride with a Mission motorcycle rally
If interested, please email Emily VanVranken, our Developement Associate, or call her at (216) 431-3510, ext. 237.
Program Support Opportunities
Provide an outright grant to support any of our program/service areas such as emergency shelter, in-house mental health services or capital improvements. For more information please email our Grant Manager or call (216) 431-3510 ext. 248.
Contribute Donated or Reduced-Rate Services and/or In-Kind Gifts
If your company provides goods or services that fits one of our need areas, let’s talk! Examples could be commercial cleaning materials, lawn equipment, commercial kitchen equipment or supplies, etc.
To learn more about donating professional goods or services, contact Chief Development Officer, Michael Parry at (216) 431-3510 ext. 269 or email to email@example.com.
Create a special day for your employees to get involved. Please email our Volunteer Services Supervisor, Jaime Buxton, at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 6-9 weeks in advance of your desired date.
Match Your Employees’ Contributions
A number of local and national companies will match the contributions of their employees to charities. For more information please contact our Development Office at (216) 431-3510 ext. 269
Invite a Speaker to Your Meeting
A great way to enhance a staff or a regional business meeting is to invite a speaker from another organization. Visit our Leadership page to view suggested speakers.
