Thank you so very much for being willing to share your time and generosity with us as we enter into this Christmas season. Unfortunately, due to COVID numbers rising and our priority to keep our residents safe, we’ve made the decision to cancel this year’s Christmas Fair. We will still be celebrating Christmas with these precious families, but on a much smaller scale.

There are a few ways you can still help, but spots are extremely limited.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Sign-up here to help us Shop, Sort, and Wrap Gifts on Saturday, December 18 from 10am to 1pm:  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c094cacac23a4f49-covid
  • If your team was leading our Crafts, please consider creating individual packets for our women and children to complete on their own instead.  Please drop off any craft packets on December 15, 16, or 17 between 4 and 7pm at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights taking them to the Grace Kids entrance behind the church.
  • If you were creating a Carnival Game – we would be happy to still receive those as well (although we won’t be able to return the game to you).  It is our plan to pass these on to Child Care and Pathways staff to use over winter break.   Please drop off any games on December 15, 16, or 17 between 4 and 7pm at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights taking them to the Grace Kids entrance behind the church.
  • All Gift Donations will still be dropped on December 15, 16 or 17 between 4 and 7pm at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights.  Please take them to the Grace Kids entrance behind the church.
  • We will still be providing gifts for all of our women and children!  We will also accept wrapping paper, bows and tape to help those who will need to wrap hundreds of gifts.

Merry Christmas to you and yours, from The City Mission. We can’t wait to see you this December!
