OVERFLOW STATUS - What does it mean?
Cleveland winters can be
especially hard. "Overflow" goes into effect when weather is deemed
potentially life-threatening (<20°F + wind chill). During this time
at Crossroads and Laura's Home, no one is turned away, 24-hr walk-in
registration, short-term clients remain inside all day and "Overflow"
status remains in effect until further notice.
Long-term Program provides:
- 180 days of shelter
- Outcomes based case management via the nationally-recognized Self-Sufficiency Matrix Assessment and Measurement Tool
- Personal copy of the Transformation Study Bible edited by Warren W. Wiersbe
- Grace Network International’s client accountability system – a biblical process through which a safe and healing environment is maintained
