Welcome to Laura's Home Tea!
Laura's Home Tea is The City Mission's benefit for Laura's Home Women's Crisis Center this year. We invite you to join us for a cup of tea (or coffee, juice, water, etc.) and watch the video "In Their Own Words: A Season of Change" featuring two of the women from the long-term program at Laura's Home discuss their lives and their hopes for the future after they complete the program.

Make the Tea an Event!
Invite a few friends to join you and share your thoughts about the stories from the two women. It can also be a great addition to the schedule for your organization, club or ministry meeting.
When is "Spring into Life"?
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Spring into Life Luncheon & Fashion Shows during the past 3 years in which graduates or long-term clients from Laura's Home modeled spring fashions and shared their stories. (Perhaps watching the video could be included in a future meeting of your group or ministry.)
The City Mission celebrates our 100th Anniversary on October 2 at Celebration of Hope at the Wolstein Center. Not only is this a much larger event than previous years but we have a long list of centennial activities. Rather than planning a smaller version of "Spring into Life", we wanted to take one of the most memorable elements (the stories of the ladies) and make it available to more people using the internet and DVDs.
