Thank you for Supporting Stuff the WAVE Van at the Zoo!

11/10/07 - Stuff the WAVE Van at the Zoo

On Saturday November 10, we collected 700 food items and $800 in cash and checks between 11 am and 3 pm.

Thank you to everyone who made the event a success, including WNWV and their listeners, the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo (and their employees and guests), and the seniors in Mayfield Heights High School's National Honors Society who received and sorted the donations at the Zoo. 'Thank you' gifts from the Zoo and a choice of a gift from Cleveland Christmas Connection, Northern Ohio Live and the toboggan runs at The Chalet in Mill Stream Run Reservation in Strongsville or a CD were given to those who brought donations.

A special thank you to Rebecca Pasini who saw the event listed on this site and got everyone she knew involved to provide several boxes of food items and $675 in monetary donations.

Thank You for Supporting Stuff-a-Bus at Steelyard Commons!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Stuff-a-Bus at the Wal-Mart Supercenter at Steelyard Commons on Oct. 27, 2007. Despite the less than cooperative weather, we collected 562 food items and $247 in cash donations for the Holiday Food Drive.
