Once again, thank you to the tireless ladies of the Business and Profession Women, Chagrin Valley Chapter, who help the Mission bring this event to Northeast Ohio.

On Saturday, April 12, 2008, attendees heard the real-life stories of women living at Laura's Home for Women & Children as they shared how they have journeyed from brokeness to wholeness through the work of The City Mission. They modeled the new Spring fashions from Coldwater Creek. And one of the attendees challenged the others to purchase an outfit for a model - in the spontaneous response, enough was collected to provide each model with her favorite outfit.

AND what a great way to celebrate Laura's Home's 5th anniversary (February 14) and the Mission's 27 years of caring for homeless women and children in Cleveland. All proceeds benefited Laura's Home.

• Help us tell others: Artwork is available to place in or on your newsletter, magazine, church bulletin, public or company bulletin boards, website, etc. We have a number of great opportunities to publicize the event and are looking for advertising underwriters as well.
