Women hear about Laura's Home from family, friends, pastors, agencies, organizations, or on the street.
A woman can call (216) 472-5500 and press 4 on the day that she needs shelter. Rooms are not reserved. Accommodations allow only one family per room or suite. Four rooms are ADA equipped.
If beds are available, she will be told the time to arrive, what to bring and what not to bring. Once there she will be connected with a case worker who can help form a plan customized to meet her individual needs as well as the needs of children who may be in her care.
